Order Processing

‭Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. When your order is completed, we’ll send an email to let you‬ know your order is on the way.

Flat Rate Shipping

‭Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS First Class Mail (2 - 5 days). Original artwork is shipped USPS Priority (1-3 days). Orders ship free unless noted in the item listing.

We do not ship outside of the US at this‬ time.‬‬

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

‭We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original‬ condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

‭ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at jen@jennifer-mullin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬

‭Online courses are not eligible for returns or refunds.
